We will also use your personal data to sell and deliver the goods and services offered through our website.

Who do we share your personal data with?

Outsourced service providers

Where necessary, we shall engage other companies and persons to perform on our behalf certain tasks in addition to our services, such as for instance companies to deliver our goods - postal operators, shipping companies, etc., and shall transfer your data upon your explicit request to a specialized company, providing email communication services to us, which is registered in the European Union. Restructuring of a commercial company and purchase of shares

Further to the transformation, restructuring, merger, sale or any other type of asset transfer, MediaHub LTD shall transfer information including personal data on a reasonable scale to the beneficiary of these shares or assets and as far as it is necessary for the transfer of ownership, provided that the recipient party agrees to treat your personal data in a way which is consistent with the applicable legislation for personal data protection.

Public authorities

We shall disclose your personal data to public authorities when required by the law. Thus for instance, MediaHub LTD shall provide any information that is duly requested by the judiciary or authorities in charge of national security.

Do we process children's personal data?

We do not collect and do not process personal data about children under the age of 16 unless we have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian pursuant to the applicable local legislation. If we find out about accidentally collected personal data of a child under the age of 16, we shall promptly erase the data at issue.

Do we process special categories of personal data
("sensitive data")?

MediaHub LTD does not process the so-called special categories of personal data, more precisely: personal data disclosing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, or biometric data solely for the authentication of a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation of a natural person.

How do we protect your data?

We hereby declare that we approach with utmost seriousness the safety and security of your personal data. We apply the appropriate level of protection and for this purpose, we have developed reasonable physical, electronic, and technical procedures in order to keep the data we collect protected against any accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, or access to personal data that have been delivered, stored or processed in any other way. Access to your personal data is granted only to employees, service providers, or related parties of MediaHub LTD on a "need to know" basis when information is needed only for official purposes or for the performance of their official duties. If data containing personal data are leaked, MediaHub LTD shall take all applicable measures and issue a notification on such occasions.

We shall make all reasonable efforts to make sure that the personal data available to us and under our control that are processed on a regular basis shall be accurate, complete, updated and relevant, based on the latest information available to us.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data, if: you contest the accuracy of your personal data for a period which enables us to verify their accuracy their processing is unlawful and you have requested the restriction of processing instead of the erasure of your personal data we no longer need your personal data, yet you require them for the establishment, exercise or defense of rights and legal interests you object to the processing pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds override yours.

Right to access

You have the right to request from us information about the personal data we store about you, including information about the type of categories of personal data that we have or control, what they are used for, where we have obtained them from, if not directly from you, and who they have been disclosed to, if applicable. You have the right to one free copy of the personal data we store about you. Pursuant to the existing legislation we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for any additional copy after the first one, which you might request.

Instead of getting a copy of your personal data, you may request to have your data transmitted directly to another data controller specified by you

Deadlines: We will do our best to fulfill your request for the exercise of rights or for the provision of information by us concerning your personal data within a period of 30 days, whereas this period may be extended for specific reasons relevant to the specific legal right or the complexity of your request.

Restricted access: On certain occasions, we may be unable to grant you access to all or part of your personal data based on legal provisions. If we turn down your request for access, we shall give reasons for that.

Impossible identification: On some occasions, we may be unable to verify your personal data based on the identifiers stated in your request. In that case, when we are unable to identify you as a data subject, we will not be able to fulfill your request for the exercise of your legal rights as stated herein, unless you provide additional information to us which will enable us to identify you. How do we store your personal data?

Typically we store the personal data you have provided to us for the purposes described in this Policy or for a longer period of time as far as this is required under the applicable legal acts regulating the requirements for keeping accounting records and controlling the cash flows of the company. We store the history of your requests for quotation, technical documentation and demo box requests you have placed in the last 5 (five) years.

We reserve the right to change our data protection practices and update and amend this policy at any given time. Hence we hereby invite you to check the policy on a regular basis. This data protection policy is valid at the date of the "latest version" specified at the top of this page.
